We started Top Notch Livestock in 2017 with a focus on raising show pigs and sheep with genetics that could compete at livestock shows across the country. Our registered durocs and crossbred hogs, registered Hampshire and Dorset sheep consistently win competitions throughout the country. 

But we quickly realized something important: the same genetics that win shows also create exceptional meat. Animals bred for superior conformation, muscle development, and overall quality don't magically become average when they reach the dinner table. They become extraordinary.
